My brother and I started YMP six years ago with one machine and about $3,000 we'd saved from side jobs.
We put that first machine in an office and ran everything ourselves — stocking it, servicing it, learning the business one location at a time. We'd always loved selling, and we saw vending as something we could build into a real operation.
The first year and a half was hard; some months barely covered the cost of the machine. But we were convinced the model worked if it was run right. So instead of pulling back, we committed fully and scaled.
We went building to building, pitching property managers on why vending made sense for them. Free samples, showing the machines, working the warehouse — we ran the whole thing ourselves. Four months later we landed our first real contract: a large real estate portfolio, with a machine in every one of their 10 buildings.
We had maybe $6,000 to our name — not close to enough for 10 machines. We took out a loan, got them placed, and worked them for the next six months. Slowly, we started actually making money. We ordered more.
By that point we had real momentum. We locked in another 15 locations and made the call to order 35 more machines to fill them — an all-or-nothing bet on the business. We made it work.
For the next three months we did nothing but find locations. Every machine got placed. We hired our first employee. That's when it actually took off.
We knew the locations we wanted — schools, big warehouses, big offices, government buildings — so we went after them. We got our first 1,000-unit residential building. Then we landed a 1,300-student private school campus. Then a 500-employee national office. Then government contracts.
The thing we cared about was simple: if you give great service, you're super responsive, and you treat every account like it's your own — there's no reason you shouldn't be the best in your market.

How much does it cost to get a vending machine? +
Absolutely nothing. We provide the machine, freight, installation, restocking, and all maintenance for free. You give us the space and electricity — we handle everything else and pay you a monthly revenue share.
What if I don't like the machine? +
If the machine isn't a fit for any reason, just tell us. We pick it up within 48 hours — completely free, no fees, no contracts, no questions asked. You have a full 30-day window to decide. In six years, no location has ever asked us to leave.
Do you offer fully kosher vending? +
Yes — kosher is one of our specialties. We carry a full OU-certified SKU catalog including Bamba, Bissli, Klik, kosher beef jerky, kosher Doritos, Big Texas, Snapple, kosher coffee drinks, and much more. Built for day schools, community centers, and any site that requires certified kosher, supplied through Gold Kosher.
What machines do you use? +
Premium TCN combo and snack machines — the same caliber you'll find in Fortune 500 break rooms. Every machine includes a tap-to-pay cashless card reader and QR mobile pay. 50–70 SKU capacity, refrigeration on the bottom half, LED-lit interior, and real-time telemetry standard.
How often do you restock? +
Every 3–5 days on average, routed by telemetry. Machines report inventory and sales in real time, so restocks are scheduled by data — often before a shelf runs low. Higher-velocity locations get serviced more often, automatically.
Who picks the products? +
We do, from 4,000+ Vistar SKUs, and we tune the mix to what actually sells in your building. You can request specific brands or programs anytime.
Where do you service? +
We're based in Miami at 280 Sierra Drive and service Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Same-day installs and service in Miami-Dade, next-day in Broward, plus a kosher specialty hub in Aventura / North Miami. Our techs are in-house — not a call center.
