Who handles restocking and repairs? +

We do, entirely. Machines run on telemetry so we restock proactively, and service is same-day in Miami-Dade, next-day in Broward. The property manager is never in the loop for operations.

We need board approval — can you help? +

Yes. We provide a one-page board summary and the goods-or-services contract in advance, so it's ready for your meeting materials as Florida condo law requires. And with 48-hour removal in the first 30 days, it's a low-risk vote.

Where does the machine go? +

Wherever residents gather — gym, pool deck, mail room, or resident lounge. We'll walk the property and recommend placement.
